Terms & Conditions :

1. Check the ticket details properly (date, time, name, flight number, sector etc), if you find any error please reply by email or over phone within 2 hours of receiving the ticket, otherwise we will not be responsible for any wrong booking later on.
2. Cancellation request will be received between 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays, for any cancellation beyond this time, we request you to kindly cancel the ticket directly with the respective airline and later inform us for refund.
3. Cancellation charges are subject to airline policies and may vary. In some cases the tickets are fully non-refundable.
4. Cancellation request will be accepted till 8 hours of the scheduled departure of the flight, in case of any urgent cancellation we advise you to kindly cancel directly with the airline.
5. Visa is always subject to immigration approval and we are not responsible if visa is rejected or not approved on time. Please note that package cost, flight cost etc will not be borne by us if the visa is rejected or not issued on time.
6. Refunds will not be credited till the amount is credited in our agency id by the airline. If any airline company absconds or shuts down its business, we are not liable to refund any air ticket cost or even not liable to pay the damages because of the issue.
